These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kosshi community forum at forum.kosshi.app ("Forum"), operated by Junichi Sato, the developer of Kosshi ("Operator"). By creating an account or posting, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Purpose
The Forum is a public space for Kosshi ideas, bug reports, and release feedback. It is not a private support channel. For private inquiries, use the contact page.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person should not maintain multiple accounts to misrepresent who they are or disrupt the community.
You must be old enough to consent to online services in your jurisdiction. If you use a third-party sign-in provider, you must also comply with that provider's terms.
Public Content
Topics, replies, profile pages, and attachments you post are public unless the Operator hides them for moderation. By posting, you grant the Operator a non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and use your content to operate the Forum and develop Kosshi, for as long as it remains published or in reasonable backups.
You are responsible for what you post. You represent that you have the right to post it and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
Acceptable Use
Do not use the Forum to:
- Post spam, malware, or deceptive content.
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
- Publish personal data about yourself or others that should remain private (passwords, license keys, unrelated third-party personal information).
- Attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security, or scrape at a rate that impairs service.
Moderation
The Operator may pin, lock, hide, or remove topics and posts that violate these Terms or are otherwise inappropriate for the Forum. These decisions are made to keep the space usable; there is no formal appeal process.
Hidden content is not shown to members but may remain in backups for a limited time.
Votes and Responses
Votes help indicate community interest. They do not guarantee implementation, timing, or a response. The Operator does not provide a service-level agreement for replies on the Forum.
Termination
You may stop using the Forum at any time. The Operator may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for other users or the service.

Disclaimer
The Forum is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the Forum, including loss of data, goodwill, or profits. Other users' posts are their own and do not represent official product commitments.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
