keyboard shortcut option for "add note"

Hi Junichi,

I haven’t been able to find a way to add keyboard shortcuts for adding or editing a note in Kosshi Outliner for macOS. Currently, the only way I’ve found to do this is by right-clicking a row.

Would you consider adding the option to assign keyboard shortcuts to these actions?
